What types of plans does National Choice Health Plans offer?
At NCHP we offer a wide variety of options:
Underwritten Nationwide PPO that are ACA compliant, with lower cost, flexible coverage and great networks.
ACA/Obamacare Plans these are government ran exchanges for people with pre existing conditions.
Short-Term Medical/Limited benefit plans these can be right for some individuals are typically affordable but temporary protection.
What does the sign-up process look like?
Go to our contact us page and book an appointment with a licensed insurance producer. They will ask you questions about your personal situation. From there, the advisor will get to work looking for and putting together the best plan for you based on your conversation. They will then call you back and go over the details and options, they will answer any questions you have. If it all makes sense, we will submit an application over the phone and get you started.

What if I want to switch or cancel my plan?
Switching plans is subject to plan rules. Most have an open enrollment time each year where you can switch. If you want to cancel and move to a different carrier, we can almost always help you do that.

Deadlines may apply depending on ACA guidlines and or your plan rules. There are never hidden penalties.
Are pre-existing conditions covered?
Coverage for pre-existing conditions depends on the specific plan. Some plans may include a waiting period, after which pre-existing conditions are covered. ACA plans never ask for health history. Please talk to our team for clarification.
